Care Guide
A little care goes a long way. Follow these steps to keep your Zei bracelet looking as brilliant as the day you received it.
Regular Cleaning
Soak your bracelet in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for 10 minutes. Gently brush each link with a soft toothbrush, paying attention to the underside of the settings where dirt accumulates. Rinse under lukewarm running water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Proper Storage
Always store your bracelet in the provided Zei jewellery box when not wearing it. The individual compartment prevents contact with other pieces, avoiding scratches. Keep the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What to Avoid
Remove your bracelet before swimming (chlorine), applying perfume, using cleaning products, or exercising. Chemicals and impact can damage the metal setting and reduce the brilliance of the stones over time.
Professional Servicing
We recommend having your bracelet professionally inspected once a year. Our complimentary lifetime service includes prong tightening, ultrasonic cleaning, and rhodium re-plating for white gold pieces. Contact us to arrange.
