Free Insured Shipping
Every order ships free via insured courier. Your bracelet is fully covered from our workshop to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In-stock items ship same day if ordered before 2pm GMT.
Delivery Times
UK: 1–3 business days. Europe: 3–5 business days. International: 5–10 business days. All shipments include tracking.
Packaging
Every bracelet arrives in a Zei signature box — matte black exterior, soft interior. Discreet external packaging with no indication of contents or value.
Returns
30-Day Returns
Not what you expected? Return any unworn bracelet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked, no restocking fees.
Return Process
Email returns@zei.boutique with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Condition
Items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags and certification. Items showing signs of wear cannot be returned but may be eligible for exchange.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Zei bracelet comes with a lifetime warranty covering:
- —Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- —Stone loss from normal wear (first stone replacement free)
- —Clasp mechanism failure
- —Rhodium re-plating for white gold (once per year)
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, chemical exposure, or modifications by third parties. Contact care@zei.boutique for warranty claims.
