1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from zei.boutique (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms — continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are lab-grown diamond jewellery. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of metals and gemstones. These are not defects.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item and send a shipping confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our active checkout providers. Available methods are shown during checkout. All transactions are encrypted and handled by PCI-compliant processors.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

7. Warranty

All Zei bracelets include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers workmanship, stone loss under normal wear, and clasp failure. It does not cover damage from misuse, chemical exposure, or third-party modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, design, logos, and code — is owned by Zei Boutique and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zei Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
