Production begins only after payment settles (up to 10 days), then standard atelier lead time is about4-6 weeksiLead time starts after payment settlement and covers atelier production only. Coverage and term
ZEI craftsmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, under normal wear and intended use.
Exclusions and stone policy
Loss, theft, and accidental damage are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear, misuse, impact damage, unauthorized alterations or repairs, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Where appropriate, replacement stones can be offered for a fee and matched to the original quality standard.
Claims and repair services
To begin a warranty assessment, please contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. Kindly do not send the item until return instructions are provided. We offer inspection, cleaning, polishing, and repair services where possible; fees may apply for non-warranty work, replacement stones, resizing, or damage caused by wear or impact.
Shipping and delivery security
Complimentary insured express shipping is provided on all orders. A signature is required upon delivery, and shipment to unattended locations is not recommended. Please provide an accurate recipient name, phone number, and email address, as customs authorities or the courier may contact the recipient for clearance information.
Transit, address details, and cancellations
Production time and courier transit time are separate, and your estimated delivery date includes both the made-to-order production period and international shipping transit. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before production begins, as address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins; after production commences, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available.
Cancellation and refund policy
As each bracelet is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has commenced, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available. For custom-length, bespoke, or high-value orders, we may request confirmation of your selected metal, diamond origin, carat weight, length, and final price before production begins. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including eligible claims relating to defects or warranty coverage.
Order verification and delivery restrictions
For security, some high-value orders may require identity, payment, or delivery-address verification before production begins. For security reasons, orders may require signature delivery and may not be rerouted, left unattended, or delivered to certain freight-forwarding addresses.
